Bryan Ellison
Bryans story with West Valley Collision is much different then everyone else. Bryans parents Linda & Bob Ellison started the business in 1978. He has lived majority of his life being part of the business. Don’t let him being the owner fool you. He will get deep into a repair as much as one of his technicians. He loves West Valley Collision with all his heart and soul. The employees at the shop love and care for him as well. He has technicians that have been with us from 5–27+ years. Anything you need he will get it done for you to the best of his ability.
Judy Powell
With Judy being the sister of Bob Ellison, she has a deep love for West Valley Collision. She has 20 years under her belt with us and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Judy has always done our marketing by building relations with insurance agents and their employees. If you are an agent and need assistance with completing your C.E. certifications give her a call. Judy loves spending time her children, grandkids and great grandkids.
Tony Castaneda—Spanish Bilingual
Carne Asada and Family!! This guy loves spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids around the grill cooking. Tony owned a small Body and Paint shop in Southern California. When he moved to Utah he was hired with the company as the detailer, and quickly worked his way to being an estimator. He works closely with Bear River Mutual as we are a Direct Repair Shop for them. Tony has excellent communication with his customers and they love working with him, so much so that they make him treats and pies.
Tonya Draper
Tonya has been with the shop for many years. As the office manager she is very knowledgeable with the insurance standards and the company policies. She has a very good standing with our fleet companies like Delta, Mountain Crane, CVE and Hertz Rental as well as anything related to account set up and payments. Tonya loves camping, side-by-side rides and traveling to warm sandy beaches.
Callie Cazier
If you already use us as your collision center, you probably already know Callie. As the office admin., she is the first person you will connect with. She loves building relationships with our Fleet Companies, New Customers and Existing Customers. If you need help with how a claim needs to be started and the steps that follow, please reach out to her and allow her to assist you. She loves being outdoors, skeet shooting, skiing and spending time with her son and friends.
Darren Wack
If you know anything about hockey then you probably already know Darren. He owned Hockey One and has a very reputable standing in the local hockey world. He handles most of our fleet companies. He also has a strong relationship with Farmers, being on the direct repair program with Farmers he has come to know many of the agents in the valley and works very closely with them to ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and the communication stands with you and your agent.
Keano Idom
As our newest team member Keano has worked with parts companies all along the valley. Including LKQ, Parts Chain and Auto Nation. He is knowledgeable and very persistent when making sure the parts that are ordered for your vehicle fit properly and are of good quality. As a Direct Repair Facility for Nationwide and Farmers he works closely with the insurance and the agents. Keano spends his time camping, hunting and traveling with his loved ones.
